To End Or At Least To Reduce It To Its Lowest!

I am an Educated, Native Natal, Haitian with a well detailed and comprehensive PLAN to end, or at least, to reduce CORRUPTION in Haiti to its lowest existence in just 6 months to a year.

I also have another comprehensive and well detailed plan to end "HEROSION/DEBOISEMENT" in Haiti in just 2 to 5 years top.

I'd like to know if there is someone out there who can tell me how to meet with president Tete Kale in person (face-to-face) so I can present these plans to him?
