My message is as follows: The ambitious idea to providing education to all haitians is not impossible.

Currently, based on what I heard in the news, there are around 10,000 NGOs in Haiti.

Nobody really know what they do. Have them scattered all over Haiti and have them take responsibility for a school that would go up to "Certificat d'Etude Primaire" in the region where they are assigned.

As far as Secondary school, all those countries which claim they are ready to help Haiti, and have their Embassy or Consulate in Haiti, Have them take responsibility for a Secondary school in different cities.

This would fill the the financial hole. The department of Education should supervise in the education aspect not the financial one. The entity responsible for the school should be responsible for the financial part. They would take care of paying the teachers and all matter pertaining to the maintenance of their school.

This is my message.
