L'Association des gens malpropres manage to win again.

According to Forbes Magazine Haiti is among the dirtiest cities in the world and they have the pictures of Mirlande Mamigay and Michel Martelly posted as executive manager of the mess. Mamygay is taking this critic seriously as evidenced in her picture.

She has pride but we cannot understand why Mr. Martelly is smiling for.

Some one should tell him that such critic about Haiti is not a joke and he should not be smiling about it.
