Haitian in the diapora support

I am supported you as our new president, my first request to you as Haitian who live outside of the country is security one suggestion we in diaspora have as you know we want to come back home help in the rebuilding of the country we are very sared we do not want to be kidnapped we all have children in the diaspora it will be a big risk taken.
