my name is louis diaquoi and i am 46yrs old i am a law enforcement officer with the state of newyork i have 20yrs of experience in law enforcement correctional service dealing with criminals every day and i know haiti has a lot of them if the president could give me a chance to be part of haiti reconstruction i will be a good asset toward the development of the prison system of haiti i am a newyork state graduate of the american prison development, i am a petion-ville native, i speak french, creole, english,spanish, russan and arabic.

i am certified with differnt kinds of weapons like special 38,glock 9mm, m 16 riffle, ar15 riffle, baton, ect. i just want to get a chance to be part of the new haiti.
