security is the number one concern in haiti and with out security nothing work and has the president your population count on you to stop all the gangs all hte kidnappers to operate .but anothger to do that you need a lot of help not only from minustha but from all young haitian people that work law enforcement from different part of the world to contribute an put together their expertise to help you by fihgting crime commited againts the haitian population i am willing to help and work for the new haiti.good luck and courage because your job is just begain but with courage and a lot of help you will succeed.good luck again mon excellence.
