He should call for new elections in the next 30 days and manage the whole country with electoral decree.

He needs to eliminate the Prime Minister position, for this system has failed Haiti over the past 26 years.

He needs to create a Vice President post right away and the United States will be pleased with his action.

Lionel Fernandel has done it in 1996 and the whole world was pleased with his decision.
