Diapora to help Haiti

Claude Danois - June 26 2011, 11:18 PM

My name is Claude Danois originary Artibonite, Haiti.

I am fully Board Certified In Internal Medicine with
excellent private practice in Nothen Orlando, Fl.
I spend one year in Haiti helping after the Quake
From Jan. 2010 to Jan 2011. During this time, I learned
a lots about life in today's Haiti.

( Pain, suffering
cholera, election, cyclon Toma, UN, poverty but overall
Hope and patience.

)

First, Let me congratulate you not just for your victory
but for taken the big challenge of being PRESIDENT of Haiti.

Mr. President: HAITIEN Like Rouzier, Wyclef, Simeus and many
others should be allowed to serve their country.

Because
they are good Haitiens.

However, the constitution rejects them.
Ironicly, the constitution DOESN'T have provision for Millions of
Haitians that traveled out due to lack of opportinities.

Those
millions love Haiti, suffer with Haiti and expect to contribute
and help. Yes, DIASPORA and Education of the children can be part
of Haiti best asset for the future.

Even 3rd generation Diaspora
children should not be discouraged when looking for their blooded
haitian roots.

Our Parlament is using this constitution, amanded by
them in 1986 with the purpose to punish some Haitians including
successful patriots who found grace in or out shore while our
institutions had been destroyed by chronic mismanagement.

The true Constitution of Haiti ( 1801 ) make provision of freedom
and egualty for any black men Slave who arrives at the shore of Haiti.

However, 1986 parlament amanded constitution will even exclude our great
Toussaint L'Ouverture from serving Haiti because he was born in Africa.

Henry Christophe whould have been excluded also, he was born in Jamaica.

In the Diaspora, we should be humble anough to keep the calme not to be
considered different but as proud people of a great culture and tradition,
egually as HAITIENS.

Thank you for your precious time. May Good bless you and may Good
save our country Haiti.

Claude Danois, MD.
