Flash derniere second: England and France Cancelled Martelly State Visit

Martelly received phone calls today from England and France from lower level employees at their foreign ministry announcing him they canceled his state visit.

What is a shame, humiliation and deception.

The reason for this abrupt and last minute cancellation was not given during the telephonic conversation between Martelly's staff and the office of those foreign ministers.
