The way I see it, these evil bumbs who occupy both chambers of Haiti's legislative will not ratify Gousse or anyone else as prime minister ever.

These brain dead goons hate Haiti so much they vow to sink Haiti down the bottom of the ocean with everyone in it. Unfortunately, they believe that they will be the only ones safe from their own destruction, and this is to prove how dumb and stupid these people are.
