Petionville Should Be The New Capital of Haiti

Toulimen - July 8 2011, 11:54 PM

This is a well located town and it cannot be anymore the town of the wealthiest ones in Haiti.

Martelly should relocate the Capital and make Port-Au-Pce the old capital of Haiti.

The Following highways should be built to facilitate the circulation of goods and to connect all Haitians in Haiti.

We should build high rise bridges to connect those points.

Here are the following highway possibilities:

1. Jeremie through Port-Au-Pce Highway named Petion Highway

2. Fort-Liberte through Port-au-Pce Highway named Henry Christophe Highway

3. Mole St-Nicolas through Petionville named Capois Lamort Highway

4. Port De Paix through Petionville Highway named Lamartiniere Honorat Highway

5. Les Anglais Through Belle Anse named Dessalines Highway

6. Grande Riviere Du Nord through Petionville name Toussaint Louverture Highway

7. Jeremie through Petionville Bernard Sansaricq Highway

8. Trou Du Nord through Petionville named Faustin Soulouque Highway

9. Fort Liberte through Petionville named Dumarsais Estime Highway

10. Cap Haitien through Petionville named Lysius Felicite Salomon Jeune Highway

With high rise bridges all the above highways are possible and Martelly should use the BOOT system to get them built as quickly as possible if he really wants to create a new Haiti.

It is time to build those highways and money could be available through the BOOT system (Bill Operating On Transfer) to do so
