Will Haiti ever have a designated area where we haitien can call a national Park?

And protected by the gorvernment?

I have a great location in mind.
(example: A mountain name LILLET located in Port-Margot Novion along the coast line would be a perfect place for a National Park.

Let me know what you guys think
