Dr. Conille does not have a residency problem...

Any one who knows Dr. Conille, knows that Garry as spend all is life in Haiti and only left Haiti for a short term on a Fulbright scholarship to study abroad.

After successfully completing a master in politics and economy in one of the most prestigious Universities in the US. He later returned to serve is country even through he was very much in demand in the international community.

He married Betsy Bazin, the daughter of former Prime minister, Marc Bazin, with whom is as two twin daughters.

He later went to work for the UN (PNUD) and more recently as the chief of staff to the special envoy for Haiti, President Bill Clinton.

Garry's statute as a UN Delegate does not in any way challenge is residency or his citizenship.

Those rights are protected under the UN Charter of witch Haiti is not only a signatory, but also a founding member.

I doubt that the presidents legal team would have submitted his nomination unless those facts had already been checked and confirmed.

There seems to be a dark force (more like a mafia) at work here, that is posting disinformation all over the forums to disrupt this process and keep the country under siege.

Garry should be judged on his merits and his competence.

If you feel that any one out there is more qualified including Mr. Lalo, feel free to post his resume and see how it matches up to Dr. Conille's.

Running fake rumors or associating him to his relatives political background is simply "lache" !
