I called the Haitian Embassy to solicit some help for 10000 Haitians from 5 U.S. States who were ready to leave and I was told the government could not receive them now. I was told to hold this massive repatriation plan and now I have to reimburse all the fees that I had collected to make that repatriation a reality.

I already refunded 9467 Haitians over 10000 and the remainder Haitians would be paid next week. I agree with you that Haitians are not and will never be ready to make big sacrifices.

That's a shame!
