Joining the New Military Force of Haiti

Mr. President, how would any Haitian who lives in the diaspora find out how to join your Military Force in Haiti.

It would be nice to have that information available in the media by way of an internet site where those who are interested would fill an out an e-application and submit.

I spent some time in the US military and think that i can be helpful in the rebirth of Haiti.
