How to win war on illiteracy

In regrad to President Martelly's Program Education for all, the President should call on Haitian teachers and professors in the Diaspora to come to Haiti and help him win the war against illiteracy.

Of course that would entail adequate salary compensation, but I think that would be money well spent.

Your idea is noble But, the 1987 constitution do not have any provision for 5 million Haitians of the Diaspora. The DIASPORA is a second class group. If you had followed the process of ratification of the Prime Minister and of many Haitians more »
