Your idea is noble

But, the 1987 constitution do not have any
provision for 5 million Haitians of the Diaspora.

The DIASPORA is a second class group.

If you had followed the process of ratification of the
Prime Minister and of many Haitians officials you
should say the 1987 constitution in those amanded
articles ( 291,293 and many others)is anti DIASPORA.

Not just anti diaspora, but Clearly exclude many groups
of qualified Haitians.

Foreign people seem more needed
than Haitians of the diaspora.

What about having an article of the constitution that
not just address the existence of the Diaspora but simulate
some kind of protection to the Haitian Diaspora.

That 1987 constitution sais in french " macoute pa laden "
at the same time it sais " diaspora pa laden" et
" L'arme FADH pa laden "
Imagin WHO is included?

Ki es ki laden

Now is the moment to push for a just correction of Haiti
constitution.

Now, president Martelly seem to calling
for some reconciliation of the Ex leaders.

Macoute, L'arme, Lavalasse et DIASPORA.
