Well, Montresor, I got news for you. Having a prime minister in place after 5 months in power doesn't mean jack. This is not a phenomenon because there must be a prime minister in order to have a functioning government in that country.

It's been almost 2 months since there is a functioning government in Haiti but you can barely notice the presence of the prime minister.

At least they could start working on that shit hole airport they consider as the greatest wonder of Haiti.

Oh, on a second thought, you're right.

I forgot the Haitian government was a technocrat institution formed by a bunch of brainless bureaucrats.
