You are totally right!
I have been, for a longtime now, a big critic of the Haitian constipation, oops! I did it again.

I meant to say the Haitian Constitution.

Every president past and present have said the same thing about it "The constitution is NOT good for the country.

It constitutes a big barier to the progress of Haiti." Why do they keep it, is beyond me. It's been rumors that the constitution has been amended since Martelly became president, but unfortunately, no one knows what those amendments are after 6 months.
