globe where the Constitution allows exclusion
of its own people, based on political interests.

Hard to beleive, Criminals, thieves and deported
are included, fully in power.

Educated, well prepared, clean haitians rejected
by this partisan type so called "Constitution"

No shame at all, Despite occupation and misery,
this constitution and its beneficiaries are very
confortable.
