Haiti needs a Bank in the South, the North and East, not only in Port au Prince.

There are some farmers who have plenty money in the provinces but they do not know about banking.

They save their money on the roof of their houses and when the storm come they lose all their money.

the wind blows all the money away. Some of them never go to Port au Prince.
