constant focus on tourism/best for haiti

Sire,
Do your things whatever it takes since I believe in your enterprises to get Haiti at least half way where it belongs/used to belong.One thing that we really need to focus on is to have a real strong tourism stragety/politics that focus on to providing the basics for tourists.

We can always start with the locals since we have a lot of foreigners in Haiti at this time.Why don't we start at this point by creating a competition between the mayors asking them to present the best plan on tourism which the Executive will implement as the best plan for the upcoming year with the best govermental support and a national recognition.

It does not have to be that but it is the challenge spirit that is needed between them therefore that might stimulate their creativity which will be good for the country.
