About Mr Martelly's New army!

This is a subject that preoccupies me ever since President Martelly raised the possiblity of creating such an army.
I have written and offered suggestions on how that army could be useful.

I am somewhat happy to notice that some of those suggestions have been considered.

Examples: they should help in cases of natural disasters such as earthquakes, cyclones, reboisement des forets, food distributions to the poor..the upkeep of the streets, which is a must if we want to attract tourists.

Most importantly that army and also the police could be trained and taught by EXPERTS in that field such the British or the Danish and some other nations who do NOT carry weapons in carrying out their duty.

If this is adhered to, one could recruit tens os thousands of young men and women and thereby create a huge workforce.
