Alexandre Petion had cursed Haiti by putting mulattos on board as CEOs but you know 2012 will be different ok. Mulattos are not more qualified and competent than the dark skinned Haitians as you have claimed it in your last posting.

We will reform the administrative power and Haiti will succeed.

Mulattos'administrative power failed Haiti miserably and we will change it soon. Martelly is not a mulatto person, but I am telling you that you cannot count on him to downsize the dark skinned Haitian CEOs already on board.
