President, Haiti needs a prison out of the city

i was watching a documentary about Haiti where the beautiful nickname it used to have:the pearl of the islands has been changed to capital of kidnapping.

Those kidnappers are giving my country a bad name.What did Haiti has ever done wrong to them to be mistreated by its own flesh & blood like that. I have no sympathy for those kidnappers.It's not that i'm preaching violence, but their two arms need to be broken when a police arrest them, pratice the no arms no arms rule.The no arms no arms rule means:if your two arms are broken you will not be able to hold a gun nor to place a call to kidnap people for that matter or better yet...

poke their eyes out! once they cannot see they will not be able ever again to coordonate kidnapping.

Absolutely, Haiti does need a big Penitentiary System that should be built on La Navasa Island, an adjacent island to the mainland and which belonged to Haiti prior to Aristide's first exile overseas.The Haitian Authority should ask this island back more »
