Naturalized Haitians are Haitians despite their citizenship status while living overseas.

The reason the elites of Haiti in the name of Dr. Louis Roy don't want them to hold elected positions is to preserve the sovereignty and the independence of Haiti, which is fair, but one question one must ask is this: Is Haiti a sovereign country when its budget depends on the U.S. up to 70% and the Haitian Diaspora up to 25%.

Who is selling Haiti to foreigners?
