Haitian Penal Code in Application in Haiti on April 22nd by 1:00 AM

This is going to be the Haitian Sharia Law and it will be applied in force to all violators as of April 22, 2012. I had asked for a reform of this code before restoring it, but the Haitian authorities did not pay attention to my remarks.

However, it will be better than nothing.

It will help reinstate the Etat De Droit that all of us will follow the rules.

The Haitian Protestants will not be able to use their loud cohorts to preach their gospel and the voodoo chanpwel or bizangos will not run our streets anymore to make noise.
