Stanley Lucas is a CIA spy within Martelly's government

He got the job he was looking for to promote himself like Francois Nicolas Duvalier The Second.

Both of them will not be president of Haiti in the days ahead.

Haiti will not be governed by a French citizen again nor it will be governed by an American CIA spy. They can do anything to promote themselves but they will never win the Haitian presidency ok.
