Toulimen,

I agree with you 100% and I support of these ideas to move Haiti forward.

However, moving Haiti forward by Haitians is a false illusion theory.

Nothing gets done where there is only "talk" without fondamental thinking, and Haitians are lack of critical thinking.

The "false illusion theory" lies on the ongoing belief that Haitians/diaspora must build roads, school, etc. etc...

in order to move Haiti forward.

Those Haitians with that belief and understanding prove time and time again how much they don't understand the role of government and the role of citizens in any society.

We've talked about this many times before, and till this moment, there has not been one Haitian building not one of these infrustractures.

Everytime an Haitian is asked when he/she is going to build this or that in Haiti, the answer has always been "what do have?

I don't have any money.

I am not rich and so I can't do anything. etc. etc..."

All that means, government is the only body/intity in any society with the mandate/authority/duty/obligation to build infrastructures, not cotizens.

The way it works, for example, the government must build schools first and equip them well then ask Haitians/diaspora to help make education and the school system better.

Educated and well qualified Haitians can engage in educating Haiti's children.

The government must create the environment and lay down the ground rules to get the type of participation from Haitians.

It does require "Leadership."
