TO MARTELLY AND ADMINISTRATION

Mr Martelly I congratulate you for all the hard work you have been doing for the past year in the country.

During my life time no other president has done as much as you have.

You have been criticized on the radio all over you don%u2019t have any skill how to communicate with people when they ask you a question.

My thought about that when I heard the comment.

When Duvalier was in power no one had the right to say anything.

Whatever he said must carry on; no questions, no comments, because they knew they would be disappear.

I am no suggesting for you to be like Duvalier.

but Haitians are like crabs.

You have to understand people are against you and some of them are paid just to be against you. To sabotage your administration.

What I would like to suggest: keep u p with that operation ( tete kale ) and (aba gran gou)
And many others that I don%u2019t mention.

I have seen on the internet and noticed females are being trained to become police officer that%u2019s good.
We need more security in the country.

You need to put all the deported in jail when they returned to the country specially if they had committed serious crimes aboard, because they are the ones that had been doing the: kidnappings, murders, burglaries etc%u2026

What I would like to consider a few more things:
To rebuild the Haitian Army
To keep up with the clean up on streets of Port-au-Prince
The communication line in Haiti is shameful you can%u2019t ever get through, if you do it is terrible the other party on the other line not able to hear you. Like when I call the Domincan Republic it is so easy is like I am calling some one next door to me.
The electricity is un believable is like we are living in primitive time.

Please please do make these suggestions part of your primaries everything down there is in crisis do your best.
