Bring the BOOT on board Martelly to create jobs and later they will transfer those administrations to either the private sector or public sector.

Martelly, you need to start downsizing in your government because you have too many people on the government's payroll.

Borrow some money from the International Lending Institutions to create more agencies to rehire back those qualified laid off people.

Get training for the other unqualified laid off ones while giving them some unemployment allowance.

Please downsize Martelly because the size of your government is too big. Martelly makes the private sector the greatest employers in Haiti.

I don't know what to tell you anymore because your Prime Minister will not listen.

A good created sewage system will bring jobs in the capital of Haiti.
