Uncle Toulimen Legrand,

Please calm down for a minute before you blow a gasket.

Sispan mele bagay yo. You confusing spending with big government and there is big different between the two.

The Haitian government is pretty small already.

Lots of people claim to be working for the government when in reality they nothing but "zombie employees." Zombie employees are those who buy their jobs from a true government employee.

For example, a director, who sold his post to another person while he/she is enjoying the good life by not coming to work. The zombie employee does all the work, the director gets paid and in turn gives a few bucks to the zombie employee.

The government must have the right to print its own money in Haiti in order to start some big projects.

Big government has to do with its size and not due to the amount of money they spend.

The government must spend as much money it is required in order to pay for big projects.

Haitians cannot, must not, and should not leave it all to foreigners to do and pay for all/everything.

This is why/how Haitians happen to lose their identity, dignity, and sovereignty.

Beside, show me one country with a smaller government that is doing well. This is all a delusion/illusion.
