That was a nice motivation gesture by the president to acknowledge the education achievement of these students.

However, I still believe that the scolarship offer is a total bluff and false promise.

How do I know that?

You may ask, simple! hasn't anyone noticed the president nor anyone else ever said how much scholarship these students will be getting, and to study what, and where?

Knowing how my Haitian people operate, I suspect one of 2 things is going to happen:
1) None of these students will never receive the scholarship promised, or
2) These students will be paying a lot of money to many different actors in the government in order to get just a few dollars to complete the first semester, if they are lucky.

Anyone, who believes in the Haitian government to come through in its promises is naive and a fool, and this government is no different.

No offense but bluff, lies, deceit, non-trustworthy are all part of the Haitian government character.
