It is winter, everybody wants to escape the cold season and spend at least 2 weeks under the sun. It is carnival time, foreigners as well original Haitians would like to participate in the 2013 carnival.

Haiti needs airport in the South, the North and in Port au Prince for tourists to come to relax in Haiti under the sun. Haiti needs hotels and vans in all the departments to transport tourists to the beaches, to nightclubs, casinos, etc.
