A Message For President Michel Martelly

Dear President Martelly,

I would like you to starting three things in the first 100 days of your administration:
1) revamp the constitution to abolish multiple parties, but consolidate Haiti's political parties into two major ones.

2) Ask for a constitutional amendment to allow the president to have two consecutive mandates.

Haitians w/dual nationality to participate in the political process in Haiti.
