Haiti needs bridges to decentralize, deconcentrate and decongestion Port au Prince.

Haiti needs bridges in all departments: North, South, East, West. Some roads are not traveled because when it rains the rivers swelled and make it impossible for trucks, cars to cross them. The people living in the cardboards homes in Bel Air, Martissant, etc., should move to the provinces for a better life, doing commerce, selling quincaille.

The people living in the streets should go back to the suburbs they came from to breathe better and cultivate their land. Haiti should build bridges to develop commerce and make transportation easier for the merchants transporting goods to Port au Prince.
