Haiti needs 3 car dealers in every department, not only in Port au Prince.

It is winter, it is cold, tourists are coming from USA, Canada, France to vacation under the sun this winter in every department.

Tourists have to rent cars to go shopping, to go to the nightclubs, beaches, etc. Haiti needs hotels and restaurants in every department to welcome tourists anytime.
