You have to be well known in Haiti for at least five years.

You must be a man of great character with a lots of friends and fanatics who want you to hold this position.

You must be a millionaire.

You must start creating jobs in Haiti so the people like you. You Must be able to bring Democracy in Haiti.

You must know Haiti and his problems.

Unemployment, Education, housing, healthcare, transportation, etc, are the problems the Haitian people are facing.

What can you do for Haiti and his people?
