Dear President Martelly, I would like to apologize for pessimistically prejudging you...

Ray Mentor - January 21 2014, 12:02 PM

My man, my name is Ray Mentor.

And I I'm a resident of New Jersey.

As a musician (no lie, one of my favorite) I would never think that you would someday be such a hope for HAITI.

I wasn't in the country during the last presidential election.

So, I didn't vote for you.

To be honest with you even if I were there I would not vote for you; since I thought you traits, character, and personality didn't qualify you for that job. But after receiving lots of positive feedback about you from Haitians who travel to Haiti or live in the country, I realize that I was wrong (a hundred percent).

Having said that, I would like to apologize for pessimistically prejudging you.

On a second note, I would like to tell you (on the behalf of every diaspora) that so far you're doing a fine job. Keep up the good work, PRESIDENT MARTELLY.

And keep leading/managing with pride.
