DEAR PRESIDENT MONSIEUR MICHEL MARTELLY,
You are my President in spite of i'm outside the country so i would like to let You know I would be Happy if You can speak with President Obama on Febuary 6th about the legal status of Haitian Undocumented living in USA with a physical disability dued to the quake on January 12th, 2010.

Obama already sets the stage. Immigration reform will allow them to be legalized but does advocate citizenship right away. It works well for countries who do not have dual citizenship like Haiti. They will however have the Green Card. more »
