A Message For President Michel Martelly

Dear President Martelly,
My husband and I are in the process of adopting from Haiti, and were just informed by our agency that there will be a new IBESR Director taking over in May. We are concerned about what changes may take place with the new Director.

We would like to know your views on International Adoption, and what changes you foresee happening.

We are hoping the changes will be for the better and will be much faster.
