Haiti is not a territory of the US, and therefore, there isn't a second amendment of the US constitution that grants Haitians the right to own gun, nor to protect the right of gun ownership in Haiti.

That said, gun ownership should be banned in the entire territory of Haiti.

It should be a crime for anyone in Haiti to own even the smallest gun in Haiti, even a bee-bee gun.
