Dear Heavenly Father, I come to You in the Name of Jesus to receive salvation.

I believe Jesus is Your Son, that he died for my sins and that You raised Him from the dead. I ask You to come into my heart and forgive me of my sins. I confess You as Lord, and accept the gift of salvation.
