Porto Novo, Benin, West Africa Time: 10:27 P.M.= 4:27 P.M. Haitian Time
I am leaving Porto Novo to make an unscheduled important visit to Ouidah another important city in Benin to take care some very important business for Haiti.

Where I am going, I will not have access to computer or electricity and I will be there for three to five days.
Ms. Maria Sanchez will follow the protocol for baboon A-2539.

We hope that nothing eventful will occur with the babbon during my cyber blackout.
