I noticed that you have an obsession for kitchen.

I can infers that you missed your kitchen position in your former job. You are still grieving for your kitchen helper job.
If you were not a macoute, I would have recommend you for a doorman job or in one of the 500 families building or as coat attendant in a prestigious night Club in Los Angeles; however, I cannot take a chance to recommend a macoute because they are serial killers and certified thieves.
