You are being sarcastic about the idea of a "massif retour" of Haiti back to Haiti.
It's a real shame that us, Haitians, have no stomack to do anything big. I guarantee you that something like that would give the government no choice but to do something big too for the country.
The Jamaicans did it a couple decades ago and it was the best thing they had ever done for their country.
But the Jamaicans have courage and the stomach to do big things, which us, Haitians, do not have.
Haitians are the most passive-aggresive and impulsive people on the planet.
