Following up on Restoration of the Haitian National Guard, Dear Mr. Toulemen
It's a very good comment but, Martelly's Government is a Nationalist Governmemt his plan is to united both pass governments which were the Marcoute and the Zenglindo Governments.

As a Nationalist he can't afford losing any of them, their all needed to make the nation stronger to fight those who are trying to prevent Haiti from developing et tie the nation down.

let's be a Nation like every other Nation.
