Beside The Army, President Martelly should adjust the 1987

With regard to Mr Martelly's plan to rebuild the army, Beside The Army, President Martelly
should adjust the 1987 constitution to
cleary include all sectors and all
haitians.

You cannot have peace and Unity with a cons
titution that exclude Haitians and makes no
provision for 5 million Haitians of the
DIASPORA.

President Martelly needs to:

1-Reform the Army
2-Attemp peace with all Ex- Mandataries
3-Amand the 1987 constitution (articulo 291 a b )
to unify all Haitians, no more exclusion.

I mean, The DIASPORA should have right
and not be excluded.

We are all Haitiens.
