THEY know what hard work is all about and they have been farm laborers for at least four generations.

Yes, I understand there is a generation or two in Haiti who have never worked or have spotty employment record due to high unemployment rate and diaspora enablers.

Haiti needs to lower the food importation badly.

Perhaps the people you talked about can be rehabilitated, especially with pertinent incentives...
