On the topic of Duvalier caused agriculture disaster, insecurity & slums in Haiti, Someone used my posting name to mislead you ok. I don't have time to capitalize on any errors of the past governments.
I will not stoop myself that low. I don't want any return of any past government whether it is Aristide, Duvalier and Preval to name a few. I am like Toulimen, Joubert, Tiba, Jean-Pierre and others to name a few who don't want those regimes back. Take care!
